Where are you based and what currency is used?

I am based in Tasmania, Australia.  The island state to the south of the main continent.
All prices in the shop are listed in AU$.

What is your return policy?

I happily accept returns for faulty items.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to organise.  Fabric must be shipped back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this stage I don't offer Gift Cards, but I'm looking into this and hope to have something organised by Christmas.

What are the payment options?

I accept payment via credit card, PayPal or direct debit.  Items will be shipped once funds have been received and the order is completed in full.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes.  Out of stock colourways can be pre-ordered.  Pre-order items are clearly marked when ordering.

Do you custome dye?

Yes.  Custom dyes are available.  Please contact me via email to discuss your requirements, and for a custom quote.

When will my order ship if I order a combination of ready to ship and pre-orders or custom orders?

Generally all orders will be shipped complete once the pre-orders or custom orders have been dyed.

If I reorder will my fabric be the same?

Although I endeavour to achieve reasonable consistency, each piece is hand-dyed individually.  This means that no two pieces of fabric are the same.  Slight colour variations will occur as well.
